内生芽孢杆菌对植物生长发育及病害防治的研究进展

Research Progress on Endophytic Bacillus against Plant Growth and Disease Control

植物内生菌是一定阶段或全部阶段生活于健康植物的组织和器官内部,且不会对植物造成实质性伤害的真菌或细菌。其中芽孢杆菌是最为常见的植物内生芽孢杆菌,其能形成内生孢子,无荚膜,需氧或者兼性厌氧的革兰氏阳性细菌,有着易获得、无致病性、环境兼容性好等特点,其在防治病害和促进植物生长发育方面的作用被广泛研究和应用。介绍了芽孢杆菌的作用机制,概述了芽孢杆菌对植物生长发育和病害防治效果的研究进展,并对芽孢杆菌制剂未来的发展提出了展望。

Plant endophytes are fungi or bacteria that live in tissues and organs of healthy plants at a certain stage or all stages without causing substantial damage to the plant.Among them,Bacillus is the most common plant endophytic bacterium,which can form endospore,non-capsulated,aerobic or facultative anaerobic Gram-positive bacteria.It has the features of easy to obtain,no pathogenicity and good environmental compatibility.Its role in controlling diseases and promoting plant growth and development has been extensively studied and applied.This paper introduced the mechanism of action of Bacillus,summarized its research on plant disease control effect and growth and development,and prospected the future development of Bacillus preparations.
