伏隔核和缰核在睡眠-觉醒中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 睡眠与觉醒一直是睡眠医学及神经病学的重要课题。随着睡眠医学的发展,已经有越来越多的神经核团被发现与睡眠-觉醒相关,这些核团包括:睡眠相关核团和觉醒相关核团。但这些核团在睡眠-觉醒转换中发挥作用的机制,目前尚不清楚。伏隔核和缰核作为基底神经节和上丘脑的重要组成部分,不仅与奖赏、动机和情绪等复杂生物学行为有关,并且在睡眠-觉醒调控中发挥着重要作用。本文将主要就伏隔核和缰核在睡眠-觉醒中作用的研究进展进行综述。
