摘要
地方本科院校向应用型大学转变没有现成经验,需要放眼世界。德国应用科学大学具有准确的学校定位,高标准的"双师型"教师队伍和庞大的外聘教师队伍,需求导向的专业设置,注重应用的课程体系,实践取向的课程教学,崇尚实用的科学研究以及开放民主的学校管理。借鉴其办学经验,我国转型发展高校应转变传统办学思维,真正将办学思路转到服务地方经济社会发展和培养应用型技术技能人才上来,围绕地方社会发展需求,打造"双师型"教师队伍,强化校企合作、产教融合,开展应用科学研究,树立开放办学理念,吸纳校外多方力量,优化学校治理结构,从而实现学校真正转型。
There isn’t successful experience for many local universities to transform into university of applied sciences and it is necessary to learn from the excellent universities abroad. Universities of Applied Sciences in Germany are good enough to serve as the models which have exact school-orientation, high standard "double-qualification" teachers and external professional teachers,demands-oriented learning programs,application-oriented curriculum,practice-oriented teaching,pragmatic science research and democratic education administration. Drawing on these experiences,universities undergoing transformation in China should change their traditional way of running school through serving the local economic development and cultivating talents with applied technology and skills. Given local demands for social development,universities should build larger-scale "double-qualification" teachers,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration,carry out applied scientific research and build opening educational philosophies to absorb external help and optimize school governance.
