摘要 调查分析大学生创新行为的现状特点及影响因素,实证角度探究课堂创新氛围、创新角色认同对大学生创新行为的影响,进而分析创新角色认同的中介效应。结果表明:高校"创新创业教育"课程的课堂创新氛围对大学生创新行为有显著的正向影响;创新角色认同在课堂创新氛围与大学生创新行为之间产生部分中介效应。 This paper investigates the characteristics of college students’ innovation behavior and its factors,explores the influence of classroom innovation atmosphere and innovative role identity on college students’ innovation behavior and thus analyzes the mediation effect of innovative role identity.The results show that classroom innovation atmosphere in the course "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education" in colleges and universities has a significant positive impact on students’ innovation behavior,and the innovative role identity plays a part of mediation role between classroom innovation atmosphere and college students’ innovative behavior.
