On the Path to Promote College Students’ Entrepreneurship and Employment by the Communist Youth League

分析说明了当前大学生创业就业的现状及共青团组织应着重关注的问题,并以此为基础,提出共青团组织应发挥组织优势、引导优势和服务优势,以就业环境为立足点,以创业就业意愿培养为核心点,以创业就业能力培养为支撑点,促进青年群体创业就业。

This paper analyses the status quo of college student’s entrepreneurship and employment and the problems which the Communist Youth League needs to focus on. Then,the paper presents that giving full play to its strengths in organization,leadership and service,the Communist Youth League should promote college student’s entrepreneurship and employment by focusing on the employment environment,and cultivating students’ willingness and capabilities.
