Research on College Students’ Value Guidance in the New Era—— Starting from TikTok

网络短视频质量参差不齐,使大学生在观看时易遭受其潜在的价值观冲击。以短视频平台抖音app为切入点,分析其快速占领市场的原因和对大学生价值观的影响,探究在全媒体时代下把握意识形态话语权、牢牢占据舆论传播制高点的对策,做好新时代大学生价值引领工作。主流媒体必须积极入驻网络平台,发布接地气的精品短视频,扩大主流价值影响力版图;网络平台应完善监督管理并科学应用人工智能算法,精准推送正能量短视频服务,守好网络安全的底线;高校应当利用贴近大学生生活的优势,提供展示自我实现和相互促进的平台,加强新时代高校思想政治工作。

The uneven quality of short online videos makes college students vulnerable to the impact on their potential values. Taking the short video platform Tiktok app as the breakthrough point,this paper analyses the reason of its rapid occupation of the market and the influence on the college students’ values, and explores the countermeasures to grasp the discourse power of ideology and to firmly occupy the commanding height of public opinion communication in the omnimedia era, so as to lead college students’ values in the new era. Mainstream media must actively enter the network platform,release down-to-earth quality short video, to expand the influence of mainstream value;The network platform must improve the supervision and management, scientifically apply the artificial intelligence algorithm, and accurately push the positive quality short video, and keep the bottom line of network security. Colleges and universities should make use of the advantages of being close to the life of college students, provide them with a platform for self-realization and mutual promotion, and strengthen ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.
