青年教师联系服务中心作为联系服务青年教师的重要平台,也承担着增强青年师生互动交流,促进教学相长的重要功能。要使高校共青团青年教师联系服务中心切实发挥"联系服务青年教师"与"增强青年师生互动交流"的双重作用,必须深挖青年教师的需求和信息,推进青年师生互动交流诉求调研常态化,找准服务青年教师与加强青年师生互动交流的契合点,发挥平台优势,打造品牌活动,加强制度建设,深入理论研究,将共青团青年教师联系服务中心打造为高校青年师生互动交流的最优渠道。

As a vital platform for contacting and serving young teachers,the Contact Service Center for Young Teachers also undertakes the important function of enhancing the interaction between young teachers and students and promoting both teaching and learning. To enable the Center to play the dual role in "connecting with young teachers" and "enhancing interaction between young teachers and students",it is necessary to dig deep into the needs and information of young teachers,normalize the investigations into interactions between young teachers and students and figure out how to promote the integration of serving young teachers and strengthening the interaction between teachers and students. It is also imperative to make center the optimum interactive channel for teachers and students in universities by making use of the advantages of the platform,creating brand activities,strengthening the construction of systems and deepening theoretical research.
