“中医农业”助力乡村振兴和人类命运共同体建设的思考

Thoughts on "Traditional Chinese Medicine Agriculture" to Promote Rural Revitalization and Building of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind

十九大报告提出实施乡村振兴战略的重大历史任务及推动构建人类命运共同体的外交总目标,从国内国际方面明确新时代中国特色社会主义事业建设的两项重要内容。结合“中医农业”的基本原理,阐述了其具有整体性、系统性、综合性等特点,从助力乡村振兴看,中医农业将成为乡村产业发展的重要引擎,助力农村生态文明建设优势突出,促进农业农村可持续发展,引领未来生态农业方向;从助力构建人类命运共同体看,中医农业是新时代中国特色社会主义的国际表达,是提升国家形象的有力抓手,可为世界农业可持续发展提供解决的中国方案。最后,针对“中医农业”当前面临的挑战和存在的问题,提出政府主导并高度重视、加大政策扶持力度、建立“中医农业”国家试验区、开展“中医农业”化药替代行动、强化国际合作交流等进一步推动“中医农业”发展的建议。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the major historical task of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and the general diplomatic goal of promoting the construction of a community of shared future for mankind,and clarified the two important contents of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era from the domestic and international aspects.Based on the basic principle of"traditional Chinese medicine agriculture",characteristics of integrity,systematization and comprehensiveness of traditional Chinese medicine agriculture were expounded in this paper.From the perspective of promoting the countryside revitalization,traditional Chinese medicine agriculture will become an important engine of the rural industry development,help the construction of the rural ecological civilization with outstanding advantages,promote the sustainable development of the agricultural countryside and lead the direction of the future ecological agriculture;from the perspective of helping to build the community of human destiny,traditional Chinese medicine agriculture is an international expression of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,a powerful hand to enhance the national image,and a solution to the sustainable development of world agriculture.Finally,in view of the current challenges and problems faced by traditional Chinese medicine agriculture,some suggestions for further development were put forward,such as government leading and attaching great importance to it,increasing policy support,establishing"traditional Chinese medicine agriculture"national pilot area,carrying out"traditional Chinese medicine agriculture"chemical medicine substitution action,strengthening international cooperation and exchange.
