乌司他丁联合无创机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察乌司他丁联合无创机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床效果。方法:选取接受治疗的80例ARDS患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组均予常规治疗,对照组联合无创机械通气治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合乌司他丁治疗,比较两组治疗前后血气指标[血氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)与血氧饱和度(SaO2)]水平,以及炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)]水平。结果:治疗后,两组PaO2、SaO2水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组;两组PaCO2、IL-6、hs-CRP、VEGF水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁联合无创机械通气治疗ARDS的临床效果较佳,可有效提升患者的呼吸功能,减轻炎症症状。 Objective:To observe clinical effects of Ulinastatin combined with non-invasive mechanical ventilation in treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods:80 patients with ARDS were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.Besides,the control group was given non-invasive mechanical ventilation,while the observation group were given Ulinastatin on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of blood gas indexes[partial blood oxygen pressure(PaO2),partial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2)and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)]and inflammatory factor[interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)]before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of PaO2 and SaO2 in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Further,after the treatment,the levels of PaCO2,IL-6,hs-CRP and VEGF in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ulinastatin combined with non-invasive mechanical ventilation is more effective in the treatment of ARDS.It can effectively improve the respiratory function and inflammatory response.
