浮筒复合泡沫材料力学行为数值模拟

摘要 玻璃微珠填充环氧树脂基复合泡沫材料广泛应用于深水浮筒中,本文采用空心玻璃微珠S60HS填充环氧树脂E51制备复合泡沫材料。通过对不同体积分数空心玻璃微珠复合泡沫材料进行力学性能测试,分析了复合泡沫材料的力学行为。基于复合泡沫材料细观结构特征,建立了其数值模型,研究了微珠外径大小分布对复合泡沫材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,考虑微珠外径对数正态分布的有限元模型预测结果与试验值吻合得最好。 Epoxy resin matrix syntactic foam filled with glass microspheres is widely used in deep water buoy.In this paper,epoxy resin E51 is filled with hollow glass microspheres S60HS to prepare composite foam.The mechanical behavior of the hollow glass microspheres composite foam is analyzed by testing the mechanical properties of different volume fractions.Based on the microstructure characteristics of composite foam,the numerical model is established to study the influence of the diameter distribution of microspheres on the mechanical properties of composite foam.The results show that the predicted results of the finite element model with the logarithmic normal distribution of the microsphere diameter are in good agreement with the experimental data.
