摘要
DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(TopoisomeraseⅡ简称TopoⅡ)是一种在生物体内广泛存在并能够催化DNA在超螺旋和解旋状态之间转化的基本核酶,在许多DNA有关的遗传功能中发挥重要作用。TopoⅡ分为α和β两种同功酶,其中TopoⅡα研究报道较多。本文对DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅱ的结构、功能进行了总结,并对国内外的金属配合物作为TopoⅡ抑制剂的研究现状进行了详细的综述。
TopoisomeraseⅡ(TopoⅡ)is a basic ribozyme that catalyzes the conversion of DNA between supercoiled and unwinded states.It is widely present in organisms and plays an important role in many of the genetic functions involved in DNA.TopoⅡhas two isoenzymes,alpha and beta,of which TopoⅡalpha has been widely reported.In this paper,the research summarizes the structure and function of DNA topoisomeraseⅡ,and it makes a detailed overview about metal complexes as TopoⅡinhibitors of domestic and international research present condition.
