共享交通对绿色建筑的可达性评价影响机制研究

Study on Influence Mechanism of Shared Traffic on the Accessibility of Green Architectures

共享单车、共享巴士和共享汽车具有不一样的绿色属性,将它们融入绿色建筑的可达性评价,可以使评价标准更为全面。文章通过层次分析法,将共享交通模式融入现有绿色建筑评价体系,建立应用于绿色建筑前策划阶段的可达性评价模型,并同步建立应用于后评估阶段的共享指数模型。

Shared bicycle,shared bus and shared car have different green attributes.It makes the evaluation standards more complete to integrate them into the accessibility evaluation of green buildings.Through analytic hierarchy process,this paper integrates shared traffic mode into current green building evaluation building,builds accessibility evaluation mode of early planning stage of green building,and establishes shared index model which can be applied in post-evaluation stage synchronically.
