养老设施中失智老人居住空间的功能配置探索

Function configuration Exploration of Living Space of Demented Elders in Elder Care Facilities

现阶段,我国养老机构针对认知障碍老人照料服务设施等方面还处于起步阶段,养老机构中居住空间的无障碍设施、适老化家具部品等无法从根本上满足失智老人的日常需求。文章从失智老人生理与心理特征、设施中居住空间的功能配置及其类型、失智老人在养老设施居住空间的行为模式等方面进行总结分析,并提出相应设计策略,为后续失智养老设施照料服务、管理运营提供参考。

At current stage,care service facilities,etc.for elders with cognitive impairment of China's elder care institutions are still at initial stage,barrier-free facilities,aging furniture and other articles in the living space of elder care institutions are unable to meet the daily needs of demented elders basically.This paper summarizes from the perspectives of physical and psychological characteristics of demented elders,function configuration and its type in living space of facilities,behavior mode of demented elders in living space of elder care facilities,etc.,puts forward corresponding design strategy,and provides references for the care service,management and operation of elder care facilities in the future.
