“泛在学习”环境下农民大学生移动终端数字化学习的创新研究

摘要 2014年湖南省委组织部、湖南省教育厅、省人社厅、省财政厅及湖南广播电视大学推出的“农民大学生培养计划”,主要是为农村培养“留得住、用得上”的人才。而针对农民大学生这一特殊的群体,如何充分利用信息技术的手段不断提高其学习积极性、自主性是当前农民大学培养所急需解决的问题。首先阐述了泛在学习环境下移动终端数字化学习的优势,然后分析了移动终端数字化学习在农民大学生教学中的可行性,最后提出了搭建泛在学习环境下农民大学生移动终端数字化学习平台的理念,为农民大学生的培养提供了有力保障。 In 2014,Hunan Provincial Party Committee Organization Department,Hunan Provincial Department of Education,Hunan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security,Hunan Provincial Department of Finance and Hunan Radio and Television University launched the"cultivation plan for farmers college students",which is mainly to cultivate talents that can be retained and used for rural areas.In view of the special group of farmers college students,how to make full use of information technology to improve their enthusiasm and autonomy is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper first expounds the advantages of the mobile terminal digital learning in the ubiquitous learning environment,then analyzes the feasibility of the mobile terminal digital learning in the teaching of farmers college students,and finally puts forward the concept of building the mobile terminal digital learning platform for farmers college students in the ubiquitous learning environment,which provides a strong guarantee for the cultivation of farmers college students.
