摘要
联通L900网络对深度覆盖的提升和VOLTE语音打底有着至关重要的作用,然而它的小带宽特点导致在数据用户的感知保障方面存在先天的劣势。在当前多带宽的组网模式下,为保障用户数据业务的感知必然需要在L900&1800两种带宽的互操作上进行针对性的设置,尽量降低数据用户在小带宽网上产生业务,同时L900在覆盖上的巨大优势也会导致部分用户在L1800边缘弱场覆盖区域接入到L900网络,导致这部分用户感知差,L900整体频谱效率降低。论文创新性地将网管数据、MR数据及XDR数据结合使用甄别出弱场区域,从提升上行覆盖、下行速率、频谱效率提升三个维度进行阐述和研究,挖掘L900的频谱价值,并得出针对性的研究成果。
Unicom L900 network plays an important role in the promotion of deep coverage and VOLTE voice underpinning.However,small bandwidth has inherent disadvantages in data users'perception protection.In the current multi-bandwidth networking mode,in order to guarantee user data service perception,it is necessary to set up targeted L900-1800 interoperability to minimize data users'production on small bandwidth network.However,the huge advantage of L900 in coverage will also lead some users to access L900 network in the edge coverage area of L1800.How to identify new weak-field areas and improve the data service perception of weak-field areas through XDR data is an inevitable topic.This paper innovatively combines network management data,MR data and XDR data to identify weak-field areas.It elaborates and studies from three dimensions:increasing uplink coverage in weakfield areas,increasing downlink edge rate in weak-field areas,and enhancing spectrum cells in weak-field areas.It excavates the spectral value of L900 and outputs targeted research results.
