胃复春治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的研究现况及临床应用

Research Status and Clinical Application of Weifuchun in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

慢性萎缩性胃炎如不给予任何干预可能进一步发展,有一定的癌变率。迄今为止尚缺乏公认的、十分有效的逆转萎缩、肠化和不典型增生的药物。胃复春片主要成分包括人参、枳壳、香茶菜三种中药,具有健脾益气、活血解毒、行气除痞的作用,广泛用于各种慢性胃炎的治疗。文章就胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机制及临床应用做一总结,为临床治疗提供依据。

Chronic atrophic gastritis may develop further without any intervention,and has a certain canceration rate.So far,there is a lack of recognized,very effective reversal of atrophy.The main components of Weifuchun tablets include Ginseng,Fructus Aurantii,and Rabdosia amethystoides.It has three kinds of Chinese medicine,invigorating spleen and invigorating qi and activating blood circulation and detoxification.This article summarizes the mechanism and clinical application of Weifuchun tablet in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which provides the basis for clinical treatment.
