冰硝散外敷治疗心源性水肿临床研究

Clinical Study on Bingxiao Powder External Application in the Treatment of Cardiogenic Edema

观察外敷冰硝散对心源性水肿患者的临床应用效果。方法选取60例心源性水肿患者,随机分为试验组、对照组各30例,均予以常规西医治疗,试验组增加冰硝散外敷,观察2组疗效。结果试验组中医证候总有效率为93.33%,相比对照组的73.33%更高,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组消肿疗效较对照组更优(96.67%>80.00%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论冰硝散可有效改善心源性水肿患者的水肿情况,疗效显著,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bingxiao powder on cardiogenic edema. Methods 60 patients with cardiogenic edema in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients were treated with routine western medicine. The experimental group was treated with Bingxiao powder external application. The curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group, and there had significant difference(P<0.05). The effect of detumescence in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(96.67%>80.00%), and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Bingxiao powder can effectively improve the edema of patients with cardiogenic edema, and has significant effect curative effect and clinical value.
