大补元煎加味内服联合金匮温经汤灌肠对36例试管婴儿治疗失败患者疗效的影响

Influence on the Curative Effect of Oral Administration of Dabuyuan Decoction Combined with Jingui Wenjing Decoction Enema in the Treatment of IVF-ET Failures for 36 Cases

目的分析大补元煎加味内服联合金匮温经汤灌肠对试管婴儿治疗失败患者的临床效果。方法将试管婴儿治疗失败后到广西中医药大学第一附属医院及仁爱分院就诊的36例中医辨证为肾虚血瘀的患者,以随机分组的形式分为治疗组和对照组,各18例,对照组采用大补元煎加味内服的治疗方式,治疗组在对照组的基础上,予金匮温经汤保留灌肠治疗,月经干净后开始,每日1次,连续至排卵后6日,连续治疗3个月为一个疗程。同时,观察2组患者治疗前后的临床治疗效果(临床症状改善情况、妊娠情况以及子宫内膜厚度)。结果采用大补元煎加味内服联合金匮温经汤灌肠治疗的治疗组患者的治疗有效率、妊娠率及子宫内膜厚度均高于对照组,2组结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用大补元煎加味内服联合金匮温经汤灌肠治疗试管婴儿治疗失败患者,能明显改善子宫内膜状况,提高患者的妊娠率和临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Dabuyuan decoction combined with Jingui Wenjing decoction enema in the treatment of IVF-ET failures. Methods The 36 cases of IVF-ET failures were from the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical university and Renai branch. They were divided into treatment group and control group in the form of a randomized, with 18 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Dabuyuan decoction,and the treatment group was given the therapy of Dabuyuan decoction combined with Jingui Wenjing decoction of enema treatment. After the menstruation clean, once a day, continuous to 6 days after ovulation, 2 months was a course of treatment. Meanwhile, the clinical therapeutic effect, pregnancy status and endometrial thickness in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The effective rate, pregnancy rate and endometrial thickness of patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy of Dabuyuan decoction combined with Jingui Wenjing decoction of enema can significantly improve the endometrial thickness, improve the pregnancy rate and enhance the clinical effect.
