肠炎3号灌肠方联合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Enteritis No.3 Enema prescriptionCombined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的分析肠炎3号灌肠方联合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法将2017年3月-2019年3月收治的甘肃省中医院老年病科和脾胃病二科住院的86例UC患者,利用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,对照组43例单独给予常规西药美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,观察组则使用中药肠炎3号灌肠方联合美沙拉嗪治疗;治疗后,对2组症状缓解疗效、治疗前后电子结肠镜下直肠黏膜积分变化以及不良反应情况进行评价。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(93.02%vs 74.41%)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组电子结肠镜下直肠黏膜评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率(4.65%)明显低于对照组(34.88%)(P<0.05)。结论中药肠炎3号灌肠方联合西药治疗UC具有良好的治疗效果,可有效缓解临床症状,且不良反应少,安全性高,可作为临床治疗UC患者的重要参考用药。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of enteritis 3 enema prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods From March 2017 to March 2019, 86 patients with ulcerative colitis hospitalized in the department of geriatrics and spleen and stomach diseases of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 43 patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine mesalazide enteric-coated tablets alone, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enteritis 3 enema combined with mesalazide. After treatment, the symptoms of the two groups were relieved, the changes of rectal mucous membrane score under electronic colonoscopy before and after treatment, and the adverse effect was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(93.02% vs 74.41%)(P<0.05). The rectal mucosa score under electronic colonoscopy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group(4.65%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(34.88%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Enteritis No.3 enema combined with western medicine in the treatment of UC has good therapeutic effect, can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, and has fewer side effects and high safety. It can be used as clinical treatment of UC disease. It can provide important reference medicine for human beings.
