膝三针联合自拟散寒化湿汤治疗老年性膝骨关节病寒湿凝滞型临床观察

Clinical Observation on Knee Three-needle Combined with Self-made Sanhan Huashi Decoction in the Treatment of Cold-dampness Stagnation Senile Knee Osteoarthropathy

目的探讨膝三针联合自拟散寒化湿汤对老年性膝骨关节病寒湿凝滞型的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月在辽宁省沈阳市沈阳中大骨科医院中医科就诊的80例寒湿凝滞型老年性膝骨关节病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,2组患者均提供自拟散寒化湿汤治疗,其中试验组40例患者在中药治疗的基础上加用膝三针联合自拟散寒化湿汤治疗。对比2组患者治疗后的临床总体有效率及膝关节活动功能参数。结果治疗后试验组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组患者膝关节活动功能参数优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝三针联合自拟散寒化湿汤对寒湿凝滞型老年性膝骨关节病有很好的临床疗效,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of knee three-needle combined with self-made Sanhan Huashi decoction in the treatment of cold-dampness stagnation senile knee osteoarthropathy. Methods 80 cases of cold-dampness stagnation senile knee osteoarthropathy patients were selected from the department of traditional Chinese medicine of Zhongda Orthopedics Hospital in Shenyang from January 2018 to January 2019. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Among them, 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with knee three-needle combined with self-made Sanhan Huashi decoction on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine. The overall clinical response rate and the functional parameters of knee joint after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the knee motion function parameters of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion knee three-needle combined with self-made Sanhan Huashi decoction has a good clinical effect on cold-dampness stagnation senile knee osteoarthropathy.
