旋覆代赭汤加减联合针刺治疗反流性食管炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction Combined with Acupuncturein the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

目的观察旋覆代赭汤加减联合针刺治疗反流性食管炎疗效。方法选取2018年8月-2019年2月收治的反流性食管炎患者70例。随机分成2组,治疗组35例,对照组35例。治疗组应用旋覆代赭汤加减联合针刺治疗。对照组应用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊及莫沙必利片治疗。4周后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.28%,对照组为77.14%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论旋覆代赭汤加减联合针刺是治疗反流性食管炎的有效方法。

Objective To observe the efficacy of modified XuanfuDaizhe decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 70 patients with reflux esophagitis treatedfrom August 2018 to February 2019 were selected. 70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 35 cases and control group of 35 cases. Among them, the treatment group was treated with XuanfuDaizhe decoction as the basic prescription combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. The control group was treated with omeprazole tablets combined with mosapride tablets. The curative effect was observed after 4 weeks(P<0.05). Result The total effective rate was 94.28% in the treatment group and 77.14% in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion XuanfuDaizhe decoction is the basic prescription combined with acupuncture is an effective method for the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
