平肝定眩饮联合西药治疗原发性高血压临床观察

Clinical Observation on Pinggan Dingxuan Drink Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

目的探讨平肝定眩饮联合西药治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选择2015年12月-2017年12月收治的原发性高血压患者106例,随机分组各53例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予平肝定眩饮联合西药治疗,观察2组患者血压变化、心房利钠肽变化及症状消退时间。结果治疗前2组患者血压水平及利钠肽比较无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组收缩压及舒张压均明显降低,而心房利钠肽则明显提升,改善程度均显著优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组症状消退时间显著短于对照组,P<0.05。结论平肝定眩饮联合西药治疗原发性高血压疾病可有效降低和稳定血压水平,改善心房利钠肽水平,利于促进症状尽快消退,提高生活质量,临床治疗价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Pinggan Dingxuan drink combined with western medicine in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 106 patients with primary hypertension treated from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly selected as the research data. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Pinggan Dingxuan drink combined with western medicine. The changes of blood pressure, atrial natriuretic peptide and symptom subsiding time in two groups were observed. Result There was no significant difference in blood pressure level and natriuretic peptide in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the observation group were obviously decreased, while the atrial natriuretic peptide was obviously improved, and the degree of improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The time of symptom elimination in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pinggan Dingxuan drink combined with western medicine in the treatment of essential hypertension can effectively reduce and stabilize the blood pressure level, improve the level of atrial natriuretic peptide, promote the withdrawal of symptoms as soon as possible, improve the quality of life, and have a high clinical value.
