中西医结合优质护理对慢性心力衰竭患者运动康复及生活质量的影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Quality Nursing on Exercise Rehabilitation and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探究中西医结合优质护理对慢性心力衰竭患者运动康复及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年6月-2018年6月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者80例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予中西医结合优质护理。比较2组患者治疗前与治疗后6个月心功能指标、6 min步行距离、生活质量、6个月内的再入院率的差异。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后6个月2组患者的心功能各项指标均显著改善,观察组患者的心功能各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月2组患者的6 min步行距离均显著高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后6个月2组患者的活动能力、健康水平、心理状态和自理能力指标评分均显著改善,且观察组各评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);6个月内观察组有2例患者(5.00%)病情加重再入院,对照组有9例患者(22.50%)病情加重再入院,观察组的再入院率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合优质护理可有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者运动康复及生活质量,且疗效优于常规护理,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine quality nursing on exercise rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Eighty patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given quality nursing based on routine nursing. The differences of cardiac function index, 6-minute walking distance, quality of life and readmission rate within 6 months before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, the indexes of cardiac function in the two groups improved significantly 6 months after treatment, and the indexes of cardiac function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The 6-minute walking distance in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the activity and health of the two groups were improved 6 months after treatment. The scores of health level, mental state and self-care ability were significantly improved, and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Within six months, 2 patients in the observation group(5.00%) were re-admitted to hospital with aggravation, while 9 patients in the control group(22.50%) were re-admitted with aggravation. The re-admission rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine quality nursing can effectively improve the exercise rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure, and the curative effect is better than routine nursing, which is worthy of clinical application.
