中医临床护理对白内障超声乳化吸出术患者中应用研究

Research on the Application Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Nursing on Visual Recovery of Patients after Phacoemulsification and Aspiration of Cataract

目的探讨中医临床护理对白内障超声乳化吸出术后患者视力恢复情况的影响。方法选择2018年3月-2019年3月收治的白内障超声乳化吸出术患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各46例。对照组实施常规手术护理,研究组在此基础上采用中医临床护理,随访至患者术后3个月。比较2组视力恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果研究组护理后视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(2.21±0.43)分,低于对照组的(3.50±0.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后视力水平为(0.59±0.08),高于对照组的(0.52±0.06),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率(8.70%)低于对照组(26.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后健康调查简表(SF-36)总体健康评分为(80.67±5.96)分,高于对照组的(72.24±5.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医临床护理能够减轻白内障超声乳化吸出患者术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者视力恢复,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing on visual acuity of patients after phacoemulsification and aspiration. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 92 patients with cataract phacoemulsification were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine surgical nursing, and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing. Patients were followed up for 3 months after operation. The visual acuity recovery and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The visual simulation score of the study group was(2.21±0.43), which was lower than that of the control group(3.50 ±0.55), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative visual acuity of the study group was(0.59±0.08), higher than that of the control group(0.5±0.06), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(8.70%) was lower than that in the control group(26.09%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The overall health score of SF-36 in the study group was(80.67±5.96), which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.24±5.21), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing can promote the postoperative visual recovery of the patients after phacoemulsification and reduce the postoperative complication rate, which is beneficial to the prognosis of the patients.
