摘要
本文从 Gibbs 自由能变化关系出发,导出了纯金属非平衡凝固时的相变驱动力表达式。在讨论非平衡凝固过程中熵增加原理的基础上,给出了熵变的数学表达式。计算表明:熵变可表示非平衡凝固过程对平衡态的偏离程度。过冷度和金属的热物理性质是影响熵变的主要因素。
A modified formulation is given in present paper to describe the free energychange during non-equilibrium solidification of pure metals.An expression for the entropychange is established to predict quantitatively the extent of deviation of non-equilibriumsolidification from the equilibrium state,and further discussion about the free energy changeand the entropy change is made based on the data from calculations.
