基于“包含”原则的我国医学生感官学习风格类型分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的排除既往感官学习风格研究中混合风格造成的干扰。方法按照是否“包含”的原则,应用VARK量表,调查我国不同地域11所医学院校17460名学生的感官学习风格类型。结果学生总体感官学习风格包含视觉性者占37.7%。不同院校类型、性别比较差异无统计22学意义(X^2=0.819、2.343,P=0.365、0.126),不同地理区域、院校层次、专业、年级、是否军校比较差异具有统计学意义(X^2=238.577、2.343、217.843、18.218、11.133,P<0.01)。学生总体包含听觉型者占57.4%。不同院校类型、性别、专业、年级、是否军校比较差异无统计学意义(X^2=26.607、2.532、2.624、6.240、0.238,P=0.010、0.112、0.269、0.182、0.626)。不同地理区域、院校层次比较差异具有统计学意义(X^2=20.400、216.013,P<0.01)。学生总体包含阅读写作型者占49.6%。不同年级比较差异无统计学意义(X^2=1.776,P=0.777);不同地理区域、院校层次、2院校类型、性别、专业、是否军校比较差异具有统计学意义(X^2=148.903、18.721、14.893、8.913、10.432、6.731,P<0.01)。学生总体包含运动2实践型者占64.7%。不同院校层次、院校类型、性别、专业、是否军校的医学生比较均无统计学意义(X^2=2.302、3.350、5.143、0.629、2.357,P=20.316、0.067、0.023、0.730、0.125)。不同地理区域、年级比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=33.751、15.461,P<0.01)。按照多重风格和单一风格的分类方法,学生总体多重风格者最多(54.5%),其次是运动实践型(18.5%)、听觉型(13.4%)。不同专业、年级、是否军校之间比较差异无统计22学意义(X^2=15.706、23.275、7.703,P=0.047、0.107、0.103),不同地理区域、院校层次、院校类型、性别比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=179.739、26.221、19.236、18.439,P<0.01)。结论与量表传统分类方法比较,是否包含为原则的分类方法更为科学;我国医学生感官学习风格以包含K型者居多、影响因素众多。 Objective To exclude the interference caused by multiple styles in previous sensory learning style study.Methods According to whether"containing"principle,we surveyed 17460 students in 11 medical colleges in different regions in our country with VARK questionnaire.Results Students'overall sensory learning style includes visual content accounting for 37.7%,which difference was no statistical significance in different college sorts and genders the difference was statistically significant(X^2=0.819,2.343,P=0.365,0.126),different regions,college levels,specialities,grades and whether the military the difference was statistically significant(X^2=238.577,2.343,17.843,18.218,11.133,P<0.01).The total number of students with auditory type included 57.4%,which the difference was no statistical significance in different college sorts,genders,specialities,grades and whether the military(X^2=6.607,2.532,2.624,6.240,0.238,P=0.010,0.112,0.269,0.182,0.626),in different regions and college levels the difference was statistically significant(X^2=20.400,16.013,P<0.01).The total number of students including reading and writing type accounted for 49.6%,which was no statistical significance in different grades(X^2=1.776,P=0.777),in different regions,college levels,college sorts,genders,specialities and whether the military the difference was statistically significant(X^2=148.903,18.721,14.893,8.913,10.4326.731,P<0.01).The total number of students involved in sports practitioners accounted for 64.7%,which was no statistical significance in different college levels,college sorts,genders,specialities and whether the military(X^2=2.302,3.350,5.143,0.629,2.357,P=0.316,0.067,0.023,0.730,0.125),in different regions and grades the difference was statistically significant(X^2=33.751,15.461,P<0.01).According to original classification method of dividing into multiple styles and single styleby VARK questionnaire author,the percentage of mixed styles was at the most(54.5%),the second was sports practice(18.5%),and then auditory type(13.4%),which was no statistical significance in different specialities,grades and whether the military(X^2=15.706,23.275,7.703,P=0.047,0.107,0.103),in different regions,college levels,college sorts and genders'the difference was statistically significant(X^2=179.739,26.221,19.236,18.439,P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with the traditional classification of the questionnaire,the method based on whether"containing"principle is more scientific;sensory learning styles of medical students in China is mainly the type containing"K",which is influenced y various factors.
