Objective To explore the using femoral vein puncture under the guidance of color doppler flow imaging. Methods A total of 158 pa tients who underwent femoral vein catheterization in our hospital from March 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects,USES the random number table and random remainder grouping were used, all patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 79 cases in each group.Control group used conventional femoral vein puncture, observation group in look straight downward under the guidance of color dop pler flow imaging femoral vein puncture, comparing two groups of puncture time, needle count and complications. Results The observation group time of catheterization was(12.16±3.14)min,significantly shorter than the control group(19.53±4.38)min,the difference was statistically signifi cant between two groups(P<0.05);a puncture success rate was 100%,the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 87.34%,the differences was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05);Observation group complication rate was 1.27%,less than 18.99% of the control group, the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Femoral vein puncture under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound can significantly shorten the time of catheterization, improve a puncture success rate, reduce the incidence of complications of tube.
