CAPD联合中药辨证治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of chronic renal failure with CAPD combined with traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨不卧床持续性腹膜透析联合中药辨证治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在本院接受治疗的98例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,按照入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,各49例。对照组采用CAPD治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药辨证治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.91%,显著高于对照组的83.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组相关生化指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.12%,显著低于对照组的20.41%(P<0.05)。结论采用CAPD联合中药辨证治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,可明显改善患者病情,促进各项生化指标恢复正常,降低并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ambulatory peritoneal dialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods 98 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CAPD.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation on the basis of the con trol group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.91%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 83.67%(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of related biochemical indicators in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);Observation group the complication rate was 6.12%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.41%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CAPD combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic renal failure can significantly improve the patient's condition,promote the return of various bio chemical indicators and reduce the incidence of complications.
