阿奇霉素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺炎衣原体慢性感染的临床疗效

Clinical effect of azithromycin on chronic infection of Chlamydia pneumoniae in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺炎衣原体慢性感染的临床疗效。方法选择本院于2017年6月至2018年12月收治的128例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺炎衣原体慢性感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各64例。对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组在此基础上采用阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组退热时间与肺功能改善效果优于对照组,治疗总有效率为90.63%,显著高于对照组的79.31%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素治疗COPD合并肺炎衣原体慢性感染效果理想,可加速患者康复,改善肺功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)pa tients with chronic Chlamydia pneumoniae infection.Methods Choose 128 COPD patients with chronic Chlamydia pneumoniae infection hospital ized in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic treatment,while the observation group was treated with azithromycin on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The antipyretic time and the improvement of lung function in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The total effective rate was 90.63%,which was significantly higher than 79.31%in the control group,there was a signifi cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin is effective in the treatment of chronic infection of COPD with Chla mydia pneumoniae.It can accelerate the recovery of patients and improve pulmonary function.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
