摘要
本综述旨在探讨炎症机制在糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Kidney Disease,DKD)发展和进展中的作用。越来越多的证据支持炎症在其病理生理学中的作用。全身和局部肾脏炎症均与DKD相关。许多实验和临床研究报告表明许多免疫细胞渗入肾脏,包括先天性免疫系统和适应性免疫系统的参与细胞。此外,内环境中促炎细胞因子水平的增加也与DKD的进展有关。因此,目前许多研究主要围绕糖尿病肾病中涉及免疫反应调节的各种靶点。在这篇综述中,我们讨论了巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、肥大细胞等免疫细胞以及补体激活在DKD中的作用。
This review aims to explore the role of inflammatory in the development and progression of Diabetic Kidney Disease(DKD).More and more evidence supports the role of inflammation in its pathophysiology.Both systemic and local renal inflammation are associated with DKD.Many experimental and clinical studies have shown that many immune cells infiltrate the kidney,including the participating cells of the congenital and adaptive immune systems.In addition,the increase of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the internal environment is also related to the progress of DKD.Therefore,many studies have focused on various targets involved in the regulation of immune response in diabetic kidney disease.In this re view,we discuss the role of immune cells such as macrophages,lymphocytes,mast cells and complement activation in DKD.
