摘要
谷氨酸系统的功能障碍与抑郁症有关,是新的抗抑郁药研发的重要靶点。利鲁唑作为一种谷氨酸调节剂,对于谷氨酸的传递具有多种作用,可能是一种潜在的抗抑郁药。本文将介绍谷氨酸系统参与抑郁症的病理生理学证据、利鲁唑的对谷氨酸系统的药理学作用以及利鲁唑在抑郁症治疗中的研究进展。
Dysfunction of the glutamate system is related to depression and is an important target for the development of new antidepressants.Riluzole,as a glutamate regulator which has multiple effects on glutamate transport,may be a potential antidepressant.This review will introduce the pathophysiological evidence of glutamate system involvement in depression,the pharmacological effects of riluzole on glutamate system and the effi cacy of riluzole in depression.
