摘要
2020年年初,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情席卷全国,各地相继启动突发公共卫生事件一级响应。医疗机构不同程度出现医疗设备、防护设施、消毒物品等资源不足的情况。为保障医疗救治工作顺利开展,医院需接受来自社会各界的捐赠物资,存在一定的管理风险。对此,医院需识别受赠的风险点,提前做好风险防控措施,在快速完成物资筹措的同时保证接受捐赠合法合规。
Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia has swept across our country since the beginning of 2020,and local governments have successively launched first level response to public health emergencies.Medical equipment,protective facilities,disinfection supplies and other resources in medical institutions are insufficient.In order to guarantee medical treatment,hospitals need to accept donated materials from all walks of life,which have certain management risks.In this regard,hospitals need to identify the risk points of accepting donation,take risk prevention and control measures in advance,to ensure that the accepting donation is legal.
