代际间居住模式选择及其影响因素——对广东潮汕青年居住意愿的调查研究

Inter-generational Living Arrangement Mode Selection and Its Influencing Factors in Chao-shan Area of Guangdong Province

随着经济社会发展和改革开放的不断深入,中国代际间居住模式的选择发生了很大的变化。相比中国其它地区而言,广东潮汕地区的传统文化观念更为完整地保留和传承下来,其代际间居住模式有着怎样不同的特点,又受到哪些因素的影响,值得深入探究。基于此,本文针对潮汕地区18-45岁的青年群体进行了问卷调查研究,运用统计分析方法和Logistic模型对调查数据进行了分析。结果显示,已婚青年选择与父母同住和小家居住的比例大致相当,未婚青年则更倾向于婚后选择小家居住的模式。从代际间居住模式的影响因素看,年龄、户籍、性别、学历和童年经历以及父母和配偶对潮汕地区青年思想观念有较显著的影响,进而影响其婚后代际间居住模式的选择。文章针对居住模式变化带来的社会养老问题提出了几点对策建议。

With the social and economic development,the inter-generational living arrangement mode is changing significantly.Compared with other regions in China,more traditional culture in Chao-shan area is preserved.The paper explores the characteristics of inter-generational living arrangement mode in Chao-shan in a more strong traditional culture and its influencing factors based on a questionnaire survey of the people aging 18-45 in Chaoshan area.The statistical analysis and Logistic model analysis finds that the proportion of married young people choosing to live together with their parents is roughly equal to that of living away from parents in their small families,while the unmarried young people are more inclined to live in their small families after their marriage.Age,gender,hukou,education,experiences of childhood,parents and spouses have significant impacts on the selection of intergenerational living arrangement mode after their marriage.Some suggestions for elderly support are put forward based on the findings.
