摘要
目的对石灰岩露天采矿企业生产过程中产生的矽尘进行检测、研究,为矽尘的防治与管理提供依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查和职业卫生现场检测等方法对某企业含汞物料无害化处理过程中职业病危害因素进行检测和分析评价。结果该企业除筛分机处破碎工接触矽尘CTWA(总尘)=1.1 mg/m^3>1mg/m^3,CTWA(呼尘)=1.1 mg/m^3>lmg/m^3外,其余岗位矽尘CTWA(总尘)<1mg/m^3,CTWA(呼尘)<1mg/m^3.结论满足工艺允许的情况下,筛分机建议增加局部排风罩。
Objective To detect and study the silica dust produced in the production of limestone open-pit mining enterprises,to provide a basis for the prevention and management of silica dust.Methods Detection analysis and evaluation of silica dust in a limestone open pit mining process by means of on-site occupational hygiene investigation and on-site occupational hygiene detection.Results In addition to the sdeen where the breakr concact silicon CTWA(total dust)=1.1 mg/m^3>1 mg/m^3,CTWA(exhaled dust)=1.1mg/m^3>1 mg/m^3,CTWA(total dust)<1 mg/m^3,CTWA(exhaled dust)<1 mg/m^3 in other positions.Conclusion To meet the requirement of the process,it is suggested that the local exhausted hood should be added to the screening inachine.
