神经肌肉电刺激治疗肌少症所致吞咽障碍的疗效评估

Effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation on sarcopenic dysphagia

目的:探究神经肌肉电刺激治疗肌少症所致吞咽功能障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:将2017年3月至2018年9月期间在重庆市第九人民医院接受诊治的80例肌少症所致吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组,干预组患者给予神经肌肉电刺激治疗,对照组患者给予健康教育,基础治疗用药相同,分别在治疗前后对患者的吞咽功能情况进行评估,并统计患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者标准吞咽功能评价量表评分均有所下降,但干预组患者下降幅度更为明显,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者治愈率(32%)和总有效率(95%)显著优于对照组患者治愈率(15%)和总有效率(70%),经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将神经肌肉电刺激应用于肌少症所致吞咽障碍的临床治疗当中,可有效改善患者的吞咽功能,效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of Sarcopenic Dysphagia.Methods:80 patients with Sarcopenic Dysphagia treated in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The intervention group was treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation and the control group was treated with health education.The swallowing function of patients was evaluated before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect of the patients were also evaluated.Result:After treatment,the scores of Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)of both groups decreased,but the decrease in the intervention group was more obvious.The data showed the significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The cure rate was 32.50%.The total effective rate was 95%.They were significantly better than those of the control group.According to the test,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neuromuscular electrical stimulation can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with sarcopenic dysphagia,which is worthy of general application.
