磁共振弥散张量成像在诊断中枢神经脱髓鞘疾病中的临床应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)在诊断中枢神经脱髓鞘疾病中的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2016年4月至2019年3月期间收治的42例神经脱髓鞘疾病患者作为观察组,选取30例同期于我院体检的健康志愿者作为对照组,所有入选者均行DTI检査,对比正常健康者与神经脱髓鞘疾病患者表观扩散系数(ADC)值及各向异性分数(FA)值,计算DTI诊断的准确度、灵敏度及特异度。结果:经DTI检査神经脱髓鞘疾病患者ADC值较镜像部位及正常健康者高,FA值较镜像部位及正常健康者低.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DTI的诊断准确度、灵敏度及特异度分别为90%、88%和93%。结论:DTI在神经脱髓鞘疾病的诊断中具有较高的诊断灵敏度及特异度,临床价值较高.值得临床推广应用。
