摘要
1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)需要终身依赖外源性胰岛素治疗。从儿童青少年到成年,在不同成长阶段中,目标血糖以及治疗需求受到多种内在和外在因素的影响。因此在T1DM的终生管理中,为了尽可能达到血糖控制目标的同时又能避免严重低血糖的发生,是一项非常有挑战性的任务,需要具有良好的自我管理能力。结构化教育是一种高质量、有计划、分阶段进行的糖尿病自我管理教育项目,是提高患者自我管理能力及改善患者不良结局的重要环节,亟待实施推广。
Type 1 diabetes(type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)requires lifelong dependence on exogenous insulin therapy.Target blood sugar and treatment requirements are influenced by many internal and external factors at different stages of growth,from childhood and adolescence to adulthood.Therefore,in the lifetime management of T1DM,to achieve the goal of blood glucose control as far as possible and to avoid the occurrence of severe hypoglycemia is a very challenging task and requires good self-management ability.Structured education is a kind of high quality,well-planned and phased diabetes selfmanagement education project,which is an important link to improve patients’ self-management ability and improve patients’ adverse outcomes,and it is urgent to implement and promote it.
