摘要
运用动态能力和双元学习理论,以利用式学习、探索式学习及两种学习方式的不同组合为调节变量,建立动态能力与企业创新绩效理论假设模型。实证表明两种学习方式对动态能力和企业创新绩效的关系起到了显著的正向调节作用,同时双元学习平衡与双元学习联合对动态能力与创新绩效的效用也具有显著调节作用,但由于二者特征不同,对动态能力与创新绩效关系的调节作用差异较大。因此,在企业处于不同发展阶段、企业内不同职能部门应当选择不同的学习方式及其不同组合以提升企业运作效率,为企业创造新的价值网络,提高创新绩效。
Based on the theory of dynamic capability and dualistic learning,a theoretical hypothesis model of dynamic capability and enterprise innovation performance is established by using exploratory learning,exploratory learning and different combinations of the two learning modes as adjusting variables.Empirical results show that the two learning modes play a significant positive regulatory role in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation performance.At the same time,the dual learning balance and the combination of dual learning also play a significant regulatory role in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation performance.However,due to their different characteristics,the relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation performance is different.The regulatory effect is quite different.Therefore,at different stages of enterprise development,different functional departments in the enterprise should choose different learning methods and different combinations to improve the efficiency of enterprise operation,create new value networks for enterprises and improve innovation performance.
