摘要
澳大利亚的职业教育是世界上较为发达的职业教育模式之一,课程类型多样,课程的认证和开发遵循一致性标准,开展基于能力的培养和基于证据的评价,为社会培养高质量的人才。我国新实施的职业技能等级证书制度可以借鉴澳大利亚经验,从标准建设和制度建设层面解决动力问题、分工问题和能力问题。
The vocational education in Australia is one of the most developed vocational education models in the world.There are diverse types of courses and also consistency standards for the accreditation and development of courses in Australia.It carries out competency-based training and evidence-based assessment,and the high quality graduates can meet the requirements of employers.We can learn from Australia to improve the new Certificate of Vocational Skills Level system in China.Above all,we need to improve the long-term vision,specialization and implementation capability of the new certificate by developing the standards and the system.
