中日民宿治安管理模式比较

Comparison of Public Security Management Mode in Chinese and Japanese Homestay

民宿行业的快速发展在给人们带来极大便利的同时,也衍生出一系列的不安定因素和问题,中国民宿内卷化的治安控制模式使民宿的治安问题更为突出。同为亚洲国家的日本,其民宿业经过了四十几年的发展,在治安管理方面有着相对成熟的经验。虽两国的情况存在差异,但日本的一些民宿治安管理经验对我国仍然具有借鉴意义。通过从制度规训、组织力量、管理手段等方面进行比较,探讨中日两国在民宿治安管理方面的异同与优缺点,找出适合我国国情的民宿管理方法,有助于提高我国民宿治安管理水平。

The rapid development of homestay industry not only brings great convenience to people, but also leads to a series of unstable factors and problems. The internal rolling public security control mode of Chinese homestay makes the public security problem more prominent. Japan, another Asian country, holds a relatively mature experience in public security management after more than 40 years of development. Although there are differences between the two countries, some experience of public security management in Japan can still be used for reference in China. It is conducive for China to find out suitable public security management methods of homestay and improve management level with exploration of similarities and differences, advantages and disadvantages based on the comparison of system and regulation, organization strength and management means in Chinese and Japanese management models.
