利用SPDE-MAL-DI-TOF-MS快速筛查生物样品中的百草枯和敌草快

摘要 百草枯(PQ)和敌草快(DQ)属于高毒性的除草剂,犯罪现场中能够采集的量是极少的。为了能够快速准确地判断生物检材中是否存在两种物质,本实验通过固相分散萃取(SPDE)-基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法(MAL-DI-TOF-MS)检测人类的全血、血清和尿液中的百草枯和敌草快。结果发现,即使在低浓度(0.05μg/mL)样品中也能准确地检测出百草枯和敌草快(检出限分别是0.002μg/mL和0.01μg/mL)。因此,此方法在公安实践方面具有一定的参考价值,可以作为快速筛选存在百草枯和敌草快的嫌疑样品的方法。 Paraquat(PQ) and Diquat(DQ) are highly toxic herbicides. The amount that can be collected in crime scenes is very small. In order to determine whether two substances exist in biological samples quickly and accurately, Paraquat and Diquat in human whole blood, serum and urine were detected by solid phase dispersion extraction(SPDE)-matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MAL-DI-TO-F-MS) in this experiment. As a result, it was found that Paraquat and Diquat were accurately detected even in a low concentration(0.05μg/mL) sample(Detection Limits were 0.002μg/mL and 0.01μg/mL, respectively). Therefore, this method has certain reference value in policing practice and can be used as a method for rapid screening suspect samples with Paraquat and Diquat.
