摘要
文章针对配电终端设备质量管控需求,从采购、供货、到货、投运等多环节,建立全过程质量综合评估体系,介绍了各环节指标组成和评估方法。通过对质量评估体系中设备性能指标评估的影响因素细化分解,提出配电终端性能指标评估模型,基于模糊层次分析法和AB类分级法,确定各项性能指标的组合权重,分析了配电终端性能综合评估流程。最后,以不同厂商的终端产品为实例,验证了所述模型和方法的可行性和有效性,可为用户单位的设备选型和质量管控提供参考。
Aiming at the quality control requirements of distribution terminal equipment,this paper establishes a whole process quality comprehensive evaluation system from purchasing,supplying,delivering and putting into operation,and introduces the index composition and evaluation method of each link.Through the detailed decomposition of the influencing factors of equipment performance index evaluation in the quality evaluation system,a multi-level and multi-dimensional distribution terminal performance evaluation model is established,and an evaluation method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and class AB classification is proposed,the combination weight of each performance index is determined and the comprehensive evaluation process of the distribution terminal performance is analyzed.Finally,three feeder terminals of different manufacturers are taken as examples to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and method,which can provide a reference for equipment selection and quality control of users.
