间歇性经口至食管管饲技术在脑卒中合并吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用

Application of intermittent oral-esophageal feeding technology in stroke patients with dysphagia

目的探讨间歇性经口至食管管饲(IOE)技术在脑卒中(CAV)合并吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月~2019年3月在我院治疗的50例CAV合并吞咽功能障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)和实验组(n=25)。对照组采取鼻饲管留置喂食法,实验组采取IOE技术喂食。比较两组治疗1、2周后的吞咽功能改善情况,记录两组的住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果实验组治疗1、2周后的吞咽功能改善总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IOE技术能明显缩短CAV合并吞咽功能障碍患者的住院时间,改善患者的吞咽功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the application effect of intermittent oral-esophageal feeding(IOE)technology in stroke(CAV)patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 50 cases of stroke CAV patients with dysphagia treated in our hospital from November 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=25)and experimental group(n=25)according to the random number table method.The control group was fed with nasal feeding tube,while the experimental group was fed with IOE technology.The improvement of swallowing function after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment was compared between the two groups,and the hospitalization time and complications of the two groups were recorded.Results The total effective rates of swallowing function improvement in the experimental group after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion IOE technology can significantly shorten the hospitalization time of CAV patients with dysphagia,improve their swallowing function and reduce the incidence of complications.
