Objective To explore the influence of motivated nursing on parturients delivery. Methods A total of 300 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research object, who were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,150 cases in each group. The control group was received traditional nursing, the observation group was received motivated nursing on the base of the control group. Methods of delivery, psychological state, duration of labor, and incidence of neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of natural birth in the observation group was 91.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first duration of labor, the second duration of labor, the total duration of labor of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the rate of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Motivated nursing can improve the rate of natural birth, relieve negative motion, shortening labor process and reduce asphyxia rate of newborn and can be more used in clinical.
