外贸管理体制改革是中国经济体制改革的重要组织部分。改革开放40年来,外贸体制改革极大促进了对外贸易的发展,成为引领中国经济奇迹的重要力量。在制度理论与新新贸易理论基础上,本文对中国改革开放以来外贸管理体制改革转折性时点进行界定与阐述,并从增长、市场制度、微观企业及人的解放独特视角对中国外贸管理体制改革的直接与间接效应展开深入评析,最后对未来中国外贸体制改革做出展望。

The reform of the foreign trade management system is an important part of China’s economic system reform.In the 40 years since the Reform and Opening-up,the reform of the foreign trade system has greatly promoted the development of foreign trade and has become an important force leading China’s economic miracle.Based on the institutional theory and new trade theory,this article defines and elaborates the turning point in the reform of the foreign trade management system since China’s reform and opening-up,from the unique perspective of growth,market system,micro-enterprise and human emancipation,the indirect and indirect effects of China’s foreign trade management system reform are evaluated,and finally,the outlook for future China’s foreign trade system reform is prospected.
