3.0T多参数MRI鉴别诊断子宫肉瘤与不典型子宫肌瘤的价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨3.0T多参数MRI鉴别诊断子宫肉瘤与不典型子宫肌瘤的价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的子宫肉瘤患者16例(10例内膜间质肉瘤、3例平滑肌肉瘤、3例恶性潜能未定平滑肌肿瘤)与不典型子宫肌瘤患者20例的MR图像,所有统计资料的差异性采用独立样本t检验或Mann-Whitney非参数检验。结果子宫肉瘤与不典型子宫肌瘤的肿瘤边缘、T2WI SI比值、早期强化率、DWI信号强度及ADC值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤边缘、T2WI SI比值、早期强化率及ADC值是子宫肉瘤与不典型子宫肌瘤鉴别诊断的重要MRI表现。 Objective To explore the value of 3.0T multi-parameter MRI in the differential diagnosis of uterine sarcoma and atypical uterine myoma.Methods The MR images of 16 patients with uterine sarcoma(10 cases of endometrial stromal sarcoma,3 cases of leiomyosarcoma,3 cases of undetermined malignant potential leiomyosarcoma)and 20 patients with atypical uterine myoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.The difference of all statistical data was examined by independent sample t test or Mann-Whitney nonparametric test.Results Statistical difference was found in the tumor margin,T2WI SI ratio,early enhancement rate,DWI signal intensity and ADC value between uterine sarcoma and atypical myoma(P<0.05).Conclusions Tumor margin,T2WI SI ratio,early enhancement rate and ADC value are important MRI features in differential diagnosis of uterine sarcoma and atypical uterine myoma.
