髋关节置换麻醉方式与围术期不良事件分析

Analysis on Anesthesia and Perioperative Adverse Events in Hip Replacement

目的分析髋关节置换麻醉方式与围术期不良事件发生情况。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月我院60例行髋关节置换手术患者,随机分为两组各30例,对照组予以全身麻醉,观察组予以腰硬联合麻醉。对比两组患者术中30 min、术后60 min生命体征指标及不良事件发生情况。结果两组患者术中30 min、术后60 min生命体征指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的不良事件发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05)。结论腰硬联合麻醉对髋关节置换手术患者的效果良好,虽对患者围术期生命体征无明显影响,但可降低不良事件发生率,利于改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the anesthesia and the occurrence of perioperative adverse events in hip replacement.Methods 60 cases of patients undergoing hip replacement in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received general anesthesia,and the observation received combined spinal and epidural anesthesia.The vital sign indicators at 30 min during operation and 60 min after operation,and the adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the vital sign indicators at 30 min during operation and 60 min after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Combined spinal and epidural anesthesia has good effect for patients with hip replacement,and can reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the prognosis of patients despite no significant effect on the perioperative vital signs,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
