血清炎性因子、肿瘤标志物、VEGF及MMP-9在宫颈癌中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Serum Inflammatory Factors, Tumor Markers, VEGF and MMP-9 in Cervical Cancer

目的探讨血清炎性因子、肿瘤标志物、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在宫颈癌中的诊断价值。方法选取我院2016年2月至2018年5月收治的宫颈病变患者100例,根据病理学检查结果分为宫颈良性组(55例)和宫颈癌组(45例),另选取同期我院50名健康体检者作为对照组。比较三组的血清TNF-α、IL-6、CA125、CEA、MMP-9、VEGF水平,并分析上述血清指标与宫颈癌的相关性。结果宫颈癌组的血清TNF-α、IL-6、CA125、CEA、MMP-9、VEGF水平最高,其次为宫颈良性组,对照组水平最低(P<0.05)。双变量Pearson相关性分析显示,血清TNF-α、IL-6、CA125、CEA、MMP-9、VEGF水平与宫颈癌呈正相关(r=0.953、0.933、0.899、0.854、0.926、0.937,P<0.05)。结论血清TNF-α、IL-6、CA125、CEA、MMP-9、VEGF在诊断宫颈癌中具有重要价值,其表达水平与宫颈癌呈显著正相关。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum inflammatory factors,tumor markers,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in cervical cancer.Methods 100 cases of patients with cervical lesions admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into benign cervical group(55 cases)and cervical cancer group(45 cases)according to pathological examination results.50 healthy people with physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group.The serum TNF-a,IL-6,CA125,CEA,MMP-9 and VEGF levels were compared among three groups,and the correlation between serum markers and cervical cancer was analyzed.Results The serum TNF-α,,IL-6,CA125,CEA,MMP-9 and VEGF levels were the highest in the cervical cancer group,followed by the benign cervical group,and the lowest in the control group(P<0.05).Bivariate Pearson correlation analysis showed the serum TNF-a,IL-6,CA125,CEA,MMP-9 and VEGF levels were positively correlated with cervical cancer(r=0.953,0.933,0.899,0.854,0.926 and 0.937,P<0.05).Conclusions Serum TNF-α,IL-6,CAI25,CEA,MMP-9 and VEGF have important value in the diagnosis of cervical cancer,and the expression levels are significantly positively correlated with cervical cancer.
