自体脂肪移植配合rh EGF降低重吸收率的临床研究

Clinical Study on Autologous Fat Transplantation Combined with rhEGF in Reducing Reabsorption Rate

目的研究自体脂肪移植配合重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)降低重吸收率的价值。方法选择我院2016年5月至2017年12月收治的44例各类组织缺陷患者,随机分为两组各22例。研究组采用自体脂肪移植配合rhEGF,对照组仅采用自体脂肪移植,对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月及12个月,研究组的体表凹陷测量结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的重吸收率、重复操作次数、医疗费用及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的修复优良率为90.91%,高于对照组的63.64%(P<0.05)。研究组的满意度为95.45%,高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。结论自体脂肪移植配合rhEGF应用于组织缺陷中效果明显,能有效降低重吸收率,缩短治疗时间,减轻家庭经济负担,提高患者的修复效果及满意度。

Objective To study the value of autologous fat transplantation combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)in reducing reabsorption rate.Methods 44 cases of patients with tissue defects admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 22 cases in each group.The study group was treated with autologous fat transplantation combined with rhEGF,while the control group was only treated with autologous fat transplantation.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results 3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months after treatment,the measurement results of body surface depression in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The reabsorption rate,repeated operation times,medical expenses and hospitalization time of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of repair in the study group was 90.91%,higher than 63.64%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the study group was 95.45%,higher than 72.73%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Autologous fat transplantation combined with rhEGF in the application of tissue defects has significant effect,can effectively reduce the reabsorption rate,shorten the treatment time,reduce the family economic burden and improve the repair effect and satisfaction degree.
