急性缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉狭窄与肌红蛋白及尿酸的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between Carotid Stenosis and Myoglobin and Uric Acid in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

摘要 目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉狭窄与肌红蛋白及尿酸的相关性。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月我院收治的338例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,根据血管造影检查结果分为单支血管狭窄组(112例)、多支血管狭窄组(157例)及无血管狭窄组(69例)。测定患者的肌红蛋白和尿酸水平,并分其相关性。结果单支血管狭窄组、多支血管狭窄组的肌红蛋白和尿酸水平均显著高于无血管狭窄组,多支血管狭窄组的肌红蛋白和尿酸水平高于单支血管狭窄组(P均<0.05)。肌红蛋白和尿酸水平随着患者颈动脉狭窄程度增加而升高(P<0.05);中度狭窄组、重度狭窄组的肌红蛋白和尿酸水平均高于轻度狭窄组,重度狭窄组的肌红蛋白和尿酸水平高于中度狭窄组(P均<0.05)。患者肌红蛋白及尿酸与颈动脉狭窄程度、狭窄血管数量及神经功能缺损程度均呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论肌红蛋白和尿酸水平随着患者颈动脉狭窄程度、狭窄血管数量增加和神经功能缺损程度加重而升高。 Objective To explore the correlation between carotid stenosis and myoglobin and uric acid in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods 338 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into single vessel stenosis group(112 cases),multi vessel stenosis group(157 cases)and non vessel stenosis group(69 cases)according to angiographic results.The myoglobin and uric acid levels were detected,and the correlation was analyzed.Results The myoglobin and uric acid levels of the single vessel stenosis group and the multi vessel stenosis group were significantly higher than those of the non vessel stenosis group,and the myoglobin and uric acid levels of the multi vessel stenosis group were higher than those of the single vessel stenosis group(all P<0.05).The myoglobin and uric acid levels increased with the increase of carotid stenosis degree(P<0.05).The myoglobin and uric acid levels of the moderate and severe stenosis groups were higher than those of the mild stenosis group,and the myoglobin and uric acid levels of the severe stenosis group were higher than those of the moderate stenosis group(all P<0.05).The myoglobin and uric acid levels had significant positive correlation with the carotid stenosis degree,the number of stenotic vessels and the neurological deficit degree(P<0.05).Conclusions Myoglobin and uric acid levels increase with the increase of carotid stenosis degree,stenosis vessel number and neurological deficit degree.
